No. The client remains free to choose an adviser, compare services and decide whether to proceed. A referral fee must not be used to pressure them.
You can raise a potential enquiry about residential, buy-to-let, international or specialist property finance. Jack first reviews whether the case and introduction fit the available service. Lending and case acceptance are not guaranteed.
