This website gives general information about mortgages, protection and separate consultancy services. Reading a page, using a calculator or preparing an enquiry does not create an advice contract or a lending commitment.
Your circumstances
Products, criteria, rates and legislation can change. An application depends on assessment, evidence and any property or legal requirements. Obtain the appropriate individual advice before entering a binding transaction.
Calculators
Figures are illustrations based on the inputs and assumptions shown. They omit factors specified on each tool page and may differ from a lender, insurer or tax authority calculation. They should not be used as a mortgage offer, insurance recommendation or tax filing.
External services
Links are provided for convenience and further information. External websites, email applications and WhatsApp have their own terms and privacy arrangements. The Checkmyfile destination is a partner link; its current product, subscription, trial and cancellation terms apply. External availability is not controlled by this site.
Separate engagements
Mortgage and protection advice is provided through Mortgage Force (UK) Ltd, with Lockhart Murphy as a trading style. Consultancy and any coaching are separate engagements with their own scope and terms. Nothing on this website appoints Jack to make investment decisions, hold client money or give legal or tax advice.

You may read and print the guides for personal use. Names, quoted reviews and other third-party materials retain their respective rights and attribution. These website terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
