When this support is useful
You have a potential transaction and need a coordinated request list across independent advisers. The value is in organising the work and making gaps visible before you make a decision.
What you can ask me to deliver
A request and responsibility register
Each question assigned to the professional who needs to review it, with the source contact and requested response date.
A document status log
What has been requested, received or superseded, and which adviser needs to review the latest version.
An unresolved-issues summary
Questions still open, dependencies between workstreams and matters requiring specialist advice or a client instruction.
Agree the work before it begins
We confirm the objective, deliverables, timetable, reporting arrangements and the person authorised to give instructions. I explain the proposed fee and any agreed travel or third-party costs before you decide whether to proceed. A change in scope needs agreement.
What to prepare
- Decision and proposed transaction
- Due-diligence list and data room index
- Appointed professionals and contacts
- Open questions and dependencies
- Decision timetable and reporting recipients
Start with a general outline. Detailed financial, identity or confidential transaction documents should follow only through the secure route agreed for your engagement.
Your questions, answered
Do you carry out legal or financial due diligence?
No. Your appointed solicitors, accountants, surveyors and other specialists perform and advise on their own work. My role is to coordinate the agreed information flow and outstanding actions.

I can discuss a practical coordination brief around an opportunity you are considering: adviser meetings, information requests, action tracking and reporting. Valuation, transaction advice and any regulated activities need the appropriate professionals.
