When this support is useful
You are considering a UK property or project and need practical attendance or follow-up while you retain the investment decision. You may already have a solicitor, surveyor or accountant and need their requests connected.
What you can ask me to deliver
Your questions, in one brief
The property or project, the people to meet, the information to request and the matters your professional advisers want checked.
A record of the visit
Factual notes and permitted photographs where agreed, with observations distinguished from statements made by third parties.
A decision follow-up
Unanswered questions, the specialist who needs to address them and the next instruction required from you.
Agree the work before it begins
We confirm the objective, deliverables, timetable, reporting arrangements and the person authorised to give instructions. I explain the proposed fee and any agreed travel or third-party costs before you decide whether to proceed. A change in scope needs agreement.
What to prepare
- Property or project summary
- Meeting or viewing details
- Questions and non-negotiable points
- Professional advisers already involved
- Preferred report and decision deadline
Start with a general outline. Detailed financial, identity or confidential transaction documents should follow only through the secure route agreed for your engagement.
Your questions, answered
Is a property visit the same as a survey?
No. A visit records the agreed observations and questions. A qualified surveyor must assess condition or value, and your solicitor deals with title, contracts and legal enquiries.

No. This service organises practical UK tasks and information. Investment selection, suitability, expected returns and regulated investment advice are outside the consultancy scope.
Link to this answer ↗Can you work with my existing advisers?
Yes, with your authority and their agreement. We identify who can receive information, which questions belong to each adviser and how updates should reach you.
Link to this answer ↗You retain the commercial and investment decisions. Independent professionals remain responsible for their advice. Consultancy does not include regulated investment, legal or tax advice, construction certification or handling client money. Mortgage and protection advice is a separate engagement through Mortgage Force (UK) Ltd.
