A separate conversation about your goals
An initial discussion covers training experience, equipment, schedule and the goal you want to work towards. Any coaching arrangement, assessment, programme and fees are agreed separately. Financial advice clients are under no obligation to use another service.
Discuss availability and fit
Tell me the kind of support you are looking for and the time you can realistically commit. Any programme and ongoing support would be agreed after an appropriate initial assessment, with clear expectations and fees.
What to prepare
- Training goals
- Current routine and equipment
- Available time
- Relevant limitations to discuss privately
You do not need every document before saying hello. Start with a short outline; detailed or sensitive records should follow through an agreed secure route.
Coaching is separate from mortgage and protection advice. Exercise guidance does not replace medical assessment of an injury or health condition.
Your questions, answered
What should a coaching enquiry include?
Outline your goals, training experience, schedule and the kind of support you are looking for. An initial discussion is used to establish availability and fit. Detailed health information belongs in an appropriate assessment rather than the website’s general enquiry form.
Will the programme and ongoing support be agreed in advance?
Yes. The scope, communication arrangements and any fees should be clear before a programme begins. Tell me what is realistic for your time and circumstances so the expectations can be discussed properly.
Is coaching connected to mortgage advice?
Coaching is a separate service with separate terms. Mortgage and protection advice is provided through Mortgage Force (UK) Ltd. Enquiring about one service does not require you to use the other.
Scope described for initial enquiries. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
