Some projects matter to the business but never quite become anyone’s day job. I can help a founder or owner give an agreed project practical attention: organise the brief, coordinate the people involved and keep the next actions moving.
Work directly with Jack. Scope, responsibilities and fees agreed before work begins.

For an owner-led business with a specific commercial project alongside its day-to-day workload. You may need help coordinating an adviser review, exploring a new operating location or preparing the next stage of an acquisition discussion.
Agree the immediate priorities, the people involved and the output you need to make your next decision.
Turn “someone needs to sort this” into a deliverable with a clear finish point. Identify what is included, the information required and the decisions that remain with the founder.
Agreed follow-ups, meeting coordination and action tracking happen within the brief. Updates draw attention to meaningful changes and questions needing your judgment, rather than forwarding every email.
Receive an organised record of work completed, outstanding items and the next owner for each task. The project remains understandable when your focus returns to daily operations.
My role is to organise the agreed work and keep questions moving. Your appointed professionals remain responsible for their specialist advice.
Clarify the decision the project is meant to support. Break a broad ambition into an achievable first phase and identify any specialist assessment needed before further work is useful.
Establish who needs to supply information or professional input, organise meetings and document agreed responsibilities. Work around the team already in place where possible.
Maintain a proportionate task list and chase agreed responses. Bring unresolved dependencies back to the owner with the relevant context and a clear request for direction.
Assemble the available facts, unanswered questions and advisers’ input into a concise agenda. Record the founder’s decision and the next steps it creates.
Explore the stages we can agree together. The sequence follows the project; it is not a promised completion timetable.
Open any stage to see what it involves. You stay in control of the decisions.
Explain what you want achieved and why it has not moved. We identify whether the issue is capacity, missing expertise or an unresolved decision.
Agree a realistic deliverable, fee and review point. Confirm access permissions and where I need your approval before contacting other people.
Gather the agreed background, speak with authorised contacts and identify gaps. Keep specialist questions with the people qualified to answer them.
Coordinate the work and report against the brief. Escalate changes that affect the objective, timetable or amount of work before they expand the assignment.
Present the output and hand over remaining tasks. You decide whether to use the findings, commission a further phase or close the project.
Illustrative potential engagement: an owner is considering different premises but has separate conversations underway with an agent, accountant and finance professional.
An initial assignment could organise those advisers’ questions, coordinate an agreed meeting and produce a record of the information needed before the owner decides what to explore further.
The intended deliverable is a clearer next-step brief. It is not a property recommendation, valuation or guarantee that a move will improve the business.
You do not need every answer before getting in touch. Tick the points you can already outline and use the rest as prompts for our conversation.
Start with what you know. An incomplete brief is welcome.
These ticks stay on this page, are not saved or sent to Jack, and clear when you reload. They are preparation prompts, not a readiness assessment.
Discuss this briefThe enquiry opens with this service selected. Add a short outline in your own words; share confidential papers only through an agreed secure route.
Start with the objective and your current stage. We can work out the practical scope together.
The focus is an agreed business project involving coordination, professional input and decisions. Routine diary management, bookkeeping, customer service and ongoing administration are not assumed to be part of the brief.
Link to this answerYes. A focused first phase can establish the facts and the next decision before you commit to a larger assignment. The proposed work, fee and review point are confirmed in advance.
Link to this answerYou retain the decision-making authority. I organise agreed work, present factual progress and record your instructions. I do not acquire authority to sign contracts or commit expenditure through ordinary project coordination.
Link to this answerWe identify the gap and discuss an appropriate independent professional, including an existing adviser where possible. I can coordinate the resulting input, while that professional remains responsible for their advice.
Link to this answerA short outline is enough: the objective, the current position and the date you are working towards.
A clearly agreed role. You retain commercial and investment decisions. Consultancy does not include legal, tax or regulated investment advice, a funding guarantee, or handling client money. Where a transaction needs regulated corporate finance, investment or other specialist advice, the appropriate professional must be appointed separately. Mortgage and protection advice is a separate engagement through Mortgage Force (UK) Ltd.
